Rib poking over quaint units of measurement aside - As per Micheal and others' advice... Just go to the hardware for the best value to volume deal.... and you are (mostly) assured its unadulterated acetone...

But this was for the acetone smoothing process.

Read the ingredients label before you buy, a lot of the time "100% acetone"  is mixed with denatoium benzoate, that wont affect the kapton (from experience).
