			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Day 2:</p><p>Tested on completely separate computer<br />Tested with 2 cables<br />Tested directly on 2 ports on both computers with both cables</p><p>Same result.</p><p>Reading the logs, it appears to be able to pull firmware version (see below)</p><p>This is a refurbished printer, however this is the second day I&#039;ve owned it.&nbsp; Purchased 6/24, arrived 7/1.</p><p>I am using the official Solidoodle version of RH (V0.85b), however I have also tried newer versions of RH with the same result.</p><p>I have tried reseting the printer via unplugging and leaving for a few minutes and plugging back in.&nbsp; I have tried resetting both computers.&nbsp; Nothing results in any success.</p><p>Here is the log (sorry, I would attach a .txt What kind of feedback are you getting from the printer? </p><p>I suspect that you aren&#039;t actually connected. Are you getting information about the firmware back from interface? That would be a good sign that everything is ready to go.</p><p>Did you get a new or refurbed printer? </p><p>For the new boards, baud rate should not matter. Which version of the driver did you install? Are you using the official Solidoodle Repetier host? </p><p>Have you tried unplugging the board for a moment and letting it reset before going on?<br />Have you tried using another USB cable?<br />Tried another computer? </p><p>We will know more with this information.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;ve found through experimenting that USB hubs and 3D printers do not work well. </p><p>If you have not yet, I would suggest turning your computer off/restarting. This may get it to recognize the port.<br />Also, before completely freaking out, if possible, try connecting your printer to another computer. Windows 8 and Apple products are possible to connect to as well as print, but have been well documented on Soliforum to cause issues.</p><p>I think it is very odd that it disconnects shortly after connecting. Have you tried a different USB port on the computer? I have had that bizarre issue with some recording equipment.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>@Ironman - tried 250,000 w/ no luck<br />@Serin - the light on the board remains green at all times when it disconnects.&nbsp; I&#039;ve also found that it immediately disconnects (disconnect sound happens in Windows, and commands all start to queue) now when I try to use manually start the &quot;heat printbed&quot; function.</p><p>I&#039;ve also swapped out the cable and am not using a USB hub.</p><p>Thanks for the suggestions and input! At this point I&#039;m happy to try anything while I wait for support to get back to me</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>haha thanks, I did get a chuckle out of that <img src="https://www.soliforum.com/img/smilies/smile.png" width="15" height="15" alt="smile" /></p><p>I tried changing the baud rate in both Windows and RH properties to 128000 (highest it will go in Windows) and to 9600...with no success.</p><p>Not sure if it helps or not, but when I input the manual commands, it doesnt make any noise, and it doesn&#039;t say &quot;command waiting&quot; (until I tell it to heat the bed/extruder and windows makes the disconnect sound ~30 seconds later).</p>]]></content>
