No I didn't but that was the idea when I took the picture on my phone. I guess afterwards I assumed it wouldn't make much of a difference if I had bothered them with my printer troubles or not.

But in case anyone that works there reads this and is interested I've attached the picture.

I checked the  connectors from the hot end and bed  and found they had melted to a point they lost continuinty.Has anybody else seen this problem?
