Yes it worked! I raised the temp to 215 and added a top enclosure, plus lower the lay height to .2936. I came out fine, except for the waves on one side of the wall. That wall side was facing the front and I don't understand why are there waves. The waves stick out more from the inside. Any ideas what's causing it?

Even if you come up with a temporary top (Four triangles of cardboard) that will help retain the heat. Part of what you're dealing with is shrinkage from uneven or to much cooling. The other thing your dealing with is the fact that SD uses a standard thread instead of metric thread on the Z-Rod. This is where the layer height of .2963 helps out but doesn't totally fix the problem.
The other thing you can do is try some different profile settings as far as perimeters and infill goes.

Yep, That really sucks...
Try using a layer height of .2963 lots of posts on hear about layer separation.
Also hotter filament is better for this situation and if your printer isn't enclosed that would help too (even the top should be enclosed).
Welcome to the forum.

Hi, I'm new here and this is my first post. I have the solidoodle 2 Pro that I got a few months ago, I've printed a few things that came out fine. I calibrated slicer and it works fine. But every time I try to print this large part I've been running into this problem. I've been trying to print out this project box for work, but it keeps splitting round one end of the frame and I don't know why. I change the temp on the extruder from 210 down to 190 and the bed I have it at 100. This takes over 5 hours to print at .3mm. And its driving me crazy. Added all the filament I've wasted trying to print this.

Please help

Please look at the pictures I posted
