----- Problem was I was not installing the Mirco SD card right.  The front of the card must be sitting all the way forward, beyond the pins in its slot.  Then close the tiny door and slide to the right to lock.  If your card is loose in its slot, with cover secured, then you know you did not have card forward enough.

Ribbon working good now and I have access to card.  I just fed the ribbon through hole in back right side from MB access cover into print area.  I taped it to the floor.

The way the card sits in the sd slit to me seems cheap there is no defined click and hold to the card, it just pushes in..  I tried moving my card around, and it kept failing, but once I removed the card and reinserted it it took right off...

Right now, you have 3 options:

- Removing the board, reseating the card. (I do it like this, but I only used two of the screws to bolt the board back on the printer. It's easier to remove again in the future with only 2 screws)

- Using a dremel, and cutting a slot into the side of your printer case (this will invalidate your warranty)

- Installing an SD card extension cable.

The last two options imply removing the board anyway...
