			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I have went back into this design again, PLA just does not like overhangs.&nbsp; These are quite a bit more durable, which could be bad if they run into something.&nbsp; The outlet is quite a bit larger, a little over double the previous.&nbsp; I noticed in testing an improvement in the overhangs from the previous ducts a decent amount.&nbsp; Clearance is still fine.&nbsp; These will print as oriented in the file without supports.</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://i.imgur.com/TJM3tfy.jpg?1" alt="http://i.imgur.com/TJM3tfy.jpg?1" /></span></p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Here you go, I made it the width of your extrusion, although slicer wants to make that wall all by itself.&nbsp; I&#039;m not sure if this will fix your problem but just holler back at me with results and we&#039;ll go from there!</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>the motor on left X carriage is no more than 1/4 inch higher than print bed at all times during print and only like 1 inch from hotend when its all the way left on my SD2 SD3 must be same as it has larger bed same as frame is larger.</p><p>are fans 25mm? nevermind just saw link to specs duh lol. 30mm</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>There weren&#039;t pins there, just holes for them labeled fan.&nbsp; It sits just to the right of the thermistor headers.&nbsp; I had to change the firmware pinout but it works great and is gcode controllable.</p><p>The only issue I found was the fans would turn off about every other layer, but I&#039;m going to try the fans always on setting in slic3r.</p>]]></content>
