Adrian- The nozzle I have on there now is a .4 and Slic3r setting at .48...I think the clog is due to swapping between PLA and ABS like 5 times in the last 2 weeks and I've been playing with the feed/flow quite a bit.

The tension arm started getting shavings on the bearing and giving me that "click". I tightened the arm a bit and I stopped getting the shavings. The click went away as well, but I would be a fool to not expect a proper clearing in my near future.

I tend to just blowtorch the whole thing.. on the one occasion across multiple types of filament I've ever needed to. After removing the electrics of course (cartridge and thermistor).

Thats part of the whole advantage of the all-metal hotends - they wont melt like PEEK does so there really is no need to strip.. Justs torch it, give a good acetone douse to clear up the carbonised plastic crud, use a tooth pick, and done...

You using .25mm nozzles or something ? I have almost stuck hedge-clippings into the E3D and had it keep working - sure it isn't something more likely like tension on the filament (which leads to low nozzle output....) ?
