I can't speak much for PLA, but for ABS I think you could tweak it a little more. Another thing that works good for me is to set the infill top layer to "concentric". This seems to blend things together a little better.

I also need to calibrate my y axis belts, as I just printed out a part for a customer with 3mm dia. holes and they are noticeably egg shaped. I was fine on the bigger circles, but I know its gonna bug me if I don't fix it.

I played with the settings and got it better, just not great. A lil more infill help along with more calibrations and messing with the flow rates. Maybe this Silver filiment is is not high quality (despite claming high quality and higher price). I switched back to the Rio Rand Golden (lovely color FYI) and tweeked it for much better results.

This is the best I can get and it's not bad but still had some problems on the round corners. Do you think this is about the best the default hot end can do? (mods: glass bed, Mk4 hot end holder, an anti-z back lash well nut, homemade case)

Any setting suggestion for these print problems? it's Silver PLA @165 degrees. SD2, mostly stock Slic3r setting 1.5mm. Many of my prints are better then this, but this new Silver PLA seems to require more tweeks. I am just not sure what to tweek.
