You will measure 12V on one pin and measure floating on the other pin of D* when its is off. When it is on, the floating pin will close to 0V.

I have problem with my RAMPS 1.4, port D8 which is used for powering an heatbed runs constantly on 12v, it not depends if i turn off heating of bed or turn on.

Anyone can help me?
