I was one of those people upset... I think it's perfectly good reasons to be upset too... I just chose not to rant about it because I knew it would go nowhere in doing so...

And I'm super happy now that Sam actually answered us... and that's all it took to make us happy again... we understood perfectly well we couldn't have our printers in the time promised... but if so we do deserve reasons why at the least... We could have asked for a refund but we never wanted a refund in the first place...

Anyway it's over... for now... and i hope they keep us more informed if we can't have the printers at the time promised...

Order number 1723, and NOT upset about the lead time for my printer. I do like the updates from the support staff as well as the head honcho, they keep me updated. But the people that are upset, that is some funny stuff!!!
