On my SD4, I am having good success printing at 20mm/s. For ABS, I typically run at 60. Make sure you keep the flexible filament loose into the extruder (don't have the extruder pull it directly off the spool). Since it is so flexible, the tension on the input of the extruder has a big impact on the amount of extrusion so you won't be happy with your prints unless you keep this constant.

Depends on the material and the speed... Hotter you run faster you can print (materials other than nf)... I also use metal extruders so can run hotter and faster... It all depends.

Anyway.. Key to proper NF is slower printing specifically extending.. Slower speeds don't need as hot either for equivocal results

Well.. 20Mm/s.. On extrusion particularly. You just can't print quickly with flex unless it's fully constrained in the extruder. This is the pay off for flexible.

20Mm/s is still more than 10% of stock speed anyway. But you have to go slow to feed reliably.. Its just how it is. If you want quick.. Don't use flex
