Is anyone familiar with this?

Anyway, I've simply taken ".17" layer height to be my "thick" and .1 layer height as normal. It works fine, except that for calibration purposes I'd like to do a few .3 layer pieces. SF I've never figured out how to work properly (I feel committed to Slicer)

Every time I try to slice an .stl I get this error now. I haven't changed any settings since successfully printing a yoda head last night (except layer height from .1 to .3). I even tried reslicing the yoda.stl today and got the error again. I'm going to try uninstalling then reinstalling but I would like to know if this is happening to anyone else. I tried googling the error but I couldn't understand anything I found. Thanks!
