Well the Motor is changing layers but im confused because if I pause the print, and then home it, and unpause, the head moves back into place and then is printing on the correct layer! WTF?! I should mention im printing on Octoprint on a raspberry Pi. Im going to try printing straight from my laptop but thats probably (hopefully) not it. Here are before and after homing pictures.

EDIT: GOT IT! Apparently since I had the "Lift Z" Setting set to .1, it was lifting it whenever need be. I thought this setting meant it would lift it while it did a non print move and then set back down after. Apparently not! Why this setting didnt start doing this until MONTHS after I set it, I dont know, but no complaints from me! Thanks for the help!

Try re-leveling your bed if you haven't yet just to be safe, and then check you Slic3r settings for any odd Z-offset. If the problem persists, I'd try another slicer and see if it changes anything. Slic3r 1.0 RC1 had an odd issue with some models where the infill was .1mm higher than the rest of the perimeters for said layer, but it never seemed large enough of a difference to effect any of my prints. I'd also watch the Z-motor and see if it moves once the perimeters have printed to determine if the infill is actually a layer higher.

Okay so printing White PLA with an E3D Hot end at 210C and 75C bed for the first layer and then 60 for the rest. The outer perimeters of the first layer come out perfectly fine. Then its almost as if the nozzle has moved up a layer before doing the infill. Take a look at the pictures:

Thanks Guys!
