You don't need to replace the extruder. I'd be careful with the wood filament that's out there, it's not universally well regarded. More like plastic with wood filler.

you need at least a .5mm nozzle to print laywood without clogs.

We tested it here about a year ago. Seemed to work OK. Just didn't look spectacular.

We have no policy against disclosing the size of screws or bolts.
