The rest is correct. The VCC plane is fed by the Nano's 5v, and the servo gets its own independent 5v supply so it doesn't try to draw too much current through the Nano. I want to understand how things should work before I connect power 1) The top copper layer of the pcb is Vcc. This is the +5V generated by the nano from the Vraw +12v fed in on pin6 of H2 (from thiniverse schematics ) Is this correct? 2) Pin 7 of H2 is connected to the center pin of the Power Jack J1. Looking a the videos of filawinder assy I don't see that this jack is used. Instead a 2 pin connector is made to pin 6 and 7 of H2. Whats going on here?
