			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Your right it&#039;s not exact voltage just gets you real close. As far as x,y there is enough mechanical play in things that your probably as close as your going to get.&nbsp; The z is all over the place for the same reasons but it settles in during printing as it is moving in one direction.&nbsp; There are many different fixes here on the forum.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>So its technically not an exact voltage im looking for,&nbsp; &nbsp;will try this tomorrow (didnt mke this easy did they?).&nbsp; Same process for every motor?&nbsp; &nbsp;An just out of curiousity if you know, what kind of precision should i be aiming for?&nbsp; I seem to be able to get the x and y to within a .04mm swing above or below from design spec. Z is all over th place, .25 to .5 mm off of the same measurement, havent tacked that yet.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>The least amount of pulsing.&nbsp; Slow it way down it also helps to put a mark on the drive gear.&nbsp; You can see it pulse.&nbsp; You just want it rotating as smoothly as possible.&nbsp; All you can do is experiment with it a little.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Once you do that fine tune by ear...&nbsp; set it up for a nice slow extrude with some real length so you have time to adjust it.&nbsp; You should be able to hear the pulse of the stepper.&nbsp; Just get it running as smooth as possible.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>VREF is covered many times here on the forum.&nbsp; Basically adjusts the voltage to the stepper motor.&nbsp; Each stepper driver has a small potentiometer on them that can be adjusted.</p>]]></content>

I had a similar problem on my 3DR Delta and it turned out to be the frame was slightly out of square in relation to the print bed, as the head climbed the columns the print veered in the direction of the tilt, took a lot of measuring to figure that one out.</p>]]></content>
