After sandblasting the glass it was definitely more textured and had more surface area but also a more 'polished' surface with way less adhesion.  First printed layers skidded all over the place.

No stick, on the first layer the extruder would eventually pick up a corner that hadnt adhered properly and would slowly turn into a ball of plastic.

I was optimistic to.

It has left the surface frosted and slighty 'pitted' it feels like it would be perfect. Its about equal to 400 grit sand paper.

Im running a 4hr print at the moment but when its done ill test it out and see how it goes.
