There is filament coming out  gradually though. I heard acetone could do it, but im a little iffy disassembling the machine.

I undid the side wheel and brushed a bit with a new unused toothbrush before it was heated up. Just clicked the the extrude and retract buttons and it works fine now. Thanks for assisting me guys! This community is pretty great and responds fast!

Sorry about that had to step away for a minute.
You should start by checking your connections.  If it was working fine before it would seem to me that you should pay attention to the extruder and thermistor connections.
