			<title type="html"><![CDATA[My Replacement Extruder with Quick Release]]></title>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hi.</p><p>Recently, my mk5 failed when the spring loaded tension arm screw tore out of it holder after repeatedly having to remove a failing hotend to clear up clogs.</p><p>As a result, I decided to create my own jigsaw replacement in openSCAD, replicating much of the mk5 but adding features I&#039;d like to see, including a new tension mechanism.&nbsp; I&#039;d like to share my results.</p><p>I added a flip-up quick-release latch for the tension arm, and beefed-up all the hinge pivot points for strength.
