Just snug them up you don't want to mar up the shafts to badly.

Disregard this. It makes sense why there would not be set screws on anything but the motors now...

Don't forget about the ones on the cross shaft in the rear of the printer.

Im fairly certain it was sliding to the left. I took it off the glass without taking note but if my memory is correct it was going towards the left side. This would indicate that the x axis set screws were lose if that is the problem correct?

Or any other pulley that is driven by a shaft.  I'd have to say that is one of the coolest faults I have seen.  I sure hope you figure this out and let us know what you find.

I was just thinking the same thing loose set screw allowing minor rotation on the shaft?

Where is this set screw located? And if this was the issue would it show up in other prints? Im making a stand for a firework right now and it has a cylindrical part similar to the rocket that is coming out okay.
