I finally got the time to print Anais herself also 60 percent at 200 microns to keep her and her horse to scale.

Unfortunately, a few areas of the print suffered from being downscaled. Her hand almost fell apart and was much too thin after reducing the size. Also, her ears did not print well and her face lost some detail. Almost everything else printed pretty well. I may try her again at 100 microns. -- ggunners

Hi ysb. The layer height is 200 microns.

I was amazed at how smooth the model printed and after a careful close up examination, I really feel that you have mastered the 3D printing medium. I am hoping to gain the same knowledge and expertise as I learn 3D design for solids.

I have many 3D airplanes flying in RC simulators, but those are much different. There you use very low polygon counts with image maps and do not have to worry about manifold objects.

I will certainly print Anais to sit with her horse.

-- ggunners

First, thank you so much YSB for a nice 3D model. You are a terrific artist and your attention to detail and making a 3D .stl file that prints well and does not need supports is fantastic. I will be pressing the big button soon.

I resized it to 60% to better fit my time constraints and my SD2 bed. .200 height. Hope you like the results. -- ggunners
