			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Most of the fan made these days are like that even the ball bearing fans don&#039;t last like they did in the past although they do last quite a bit longer than their ball-less counterparts. I have got some ballbearing fans off ebay they&#039;re ok... but at over ten times the price... hard to say if they last ten times as long or not.</p><p>You can easily oil the fan you have to extend it&#039;s life quite a bit or as a preventive measure makes them last a lot longer because I don&#039;t think they oil the bushings much if at all during assembly, just peel the sticker back on the fan and use a toothpick or similar to get one drop of machine oil in the hole where the shaft resides and voila no more noise <img src="https://www.soliforum.com/img/smilies/smile.png" width="15" height="15" alt="smile" /></p>]]></content>

			<title type="html"><![CDATA[40mm Fan types?]]></title>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I have a 40mm fan installed onto my special cooling cover for my solidoodle motherboard.&nbsp; After a couple days worth of printing its gotten a bit louder.&nbsp; Obviously something is wearing out.&nbsp; Can anyone point me toward where i could get a fan that will last?&nbsp; I need a few of them for another printer and for addons to this one.&nbsp; Thanks!</p>]]></content>
