Quick questions .......]]>It looks like you need to calibrate your belts so that circles are more precise. I do not think that this is a warping issue.
The underside is either in need of support or a cooling fan.

Quick questions .......]]>Ok I think I know the answer to this already but though I would ask just to make sure. I tried to print a 4x scale lego head just to start testing the waters and it warped a little. I'm pretty sure that I need to (and am going to sometime soon) build an enclosure for the SD3 to heat the air while printing so it cools slower, but I just wanted to make sure that this isn't a setting somewhere and I'm not mistaken. # 1 is from the top and the warp is pretty uniform down the entire print, thats why I was thinking it might not just be warping. Second question is the build up on #3, the bottom is horrible, do I need to design a support along the entire bottom curve or is there another way? # 2 is just a side view.
