Thanks, I'm about to do just that.. I've had relative success with smaller parts but the spool mount I am trying to print eventually starts to curl up.. or.. I end up getting some cold clogs. This may be an issue with my filament. I have measured the filament with calipers and changed the appropriate settings as well as slow all my moves down to 30. I am using ABS from Filabot at the moment.. and am thinking it may just be a subpar batch. I have also made a temporary enclosure out of cardboard to regulate any drafts I may be getting. I've also installed some 1/8" glass to the bed and been applying a thin coating of Aquanet Extra Super Hold. I have indeed looked through some of the guides and videos, but honestly I'm not sure what issues I am having so it's hard to pin point things.

I'm going to start up the spool mount print right now while my camera charges and once it fails, I will take some images and start a new thread. I appreciate the help.

Just got my Solidoodle 3 the Friday after Christmas. Still tooling away and trying to get some successful prints. I've had two so far and ran through about 1lb of filament trying to print out the spool holder mod.

Still excited about having a printer.. I knew it would be technical and try my patience and hopefully in 6 months we can all look back and laugh about our issues. Feels great to part of this community. Looking forward to helping people out and getting some help as well.
