Nope! Definitely not. Eight are included because sometimes the bolts in this batch don't have enough thread, so you can use the spacers between the nut and washer to move the nut out to where there's thread.

Not at the moment, but from motor side to nozzle side:

motor side - flange, white plate, thrust bearing (with both races), shaft collar, 10mm washer if included.

Same as the cad model on steps 9-12, but instead of one big block, there's the laser cut plate and the flange. Flat side of the flange faces the plate.
