Wardjr was dead on with the clog! The threaded shaft was about 80% clogged throughout. Much respect and thanks!!
I deeply appreciate the offer and I will keep you in mind. I just don't think I am at the skill level needed to upgrade to an E3D for awhile. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't take more than just a simple swapping process? Hardware and software corrections galore?
I'm about to reassemble my jigsaw extruder. I think it is both comical and unfortunate how there are videos on how to disassemble, but not REassemble!

I hit extrude from the manual control and the effect is completely random. Sometimes it flows perfectly, sometimes this happens. But again, this is a very recent issue. If the video doesn't pop up, here's a link http://vimeo.com/83310065
Temperature I use for this filament (JustPLA trans green) is 165-170. I know Solidoodles are off by about 30c, so those temps are as stated in RH. And speaking of RH, I was about to update my software last night (to 95D) until my 10 month old daughter got ahold of my mouse and X'd out of it! haha Might that be an issue or even a factor?
Thanks again for the help...you guys and this site are awesome!

Wow. Your perimeter speed is really slow compared to your infill. It looks like the clicking is worse during infill, which leads me to believe that the fan you installed is cooling off the hotend when you need it to be hotter for faster infill speeds. What does your temperature look like?
