			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Loosening the tension screw is a bad idea as the filament can just be stripped. If it is just ticking on occasion you may just need to reduce your flow multiplier. I had that problem too.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Didn&#039;t have problems with the ticking sound until I moved the unit from a windows 7 machine to a mac 10.6 machine.&nbsp; Lots of weird things are happening when using the mac.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Another take on this issue: Have you loaded new firmware?</p><p>I was just experimenting with making sure I could load and restore the firmware, and found that with the new Marlin beta firmware loaded, printing a test cube make the extruder start clacking when it retracted at the corner. 			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I loosened the tensioning screw on the extruder. The one that grips the filament. I don&#039;t like it to mark the filament. I think, in my case, this was what was causing the ticking noise.</p>]]></content>
