Just ziptie any extra.

For the second fan, there is a header on the board somewhere for a g-code controlled fan.  There are also threads that give a complete tutorial on how to do that, I believe.

Black with black...Red with red. If there is a yellow, don't worry about it. Heat shrink should be fine. It's far enough away where it won't matter.

I bought another fan. Do I just need to sodder the red with red and black with black?  If I add a heat shrink, it won't melt it later because the extruder heats up?

Also, later if I want to print with PLA i'll need another fan, where do I make the connection?
