			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>If I am trying to make something that slides together nicely(loose enough that glue would be needed to insure it stays in place), I usually use .2-.3mm for tolerances. 			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I must insert cylindrical magnets (diameter 2mm, height 2mm) into holes of an alumide model. I made a hole of exactly 2mm (see screenshot), which was stupid since I should have known that it would be impossible to get the magnet into the hole. What do you think would be a reasonable tolerance? 2.2mm? Also, should I produce a slightly tapered hole in order to facilitate the insertion? Many thanks for your help!</p>]]></content>
