Do you know if enclosing the printer sides helps reducing the warping probem?

I did it to keep dust out when it is idle and heat in when it is printing! However, I am concerned about too much heat when it is printing. Does anyone know if enclosing the cage will result in too much heat that will damage the printer (melts parts, etc)?

There is a 0.5"x2" horizontal slot in the back of the top cover where the filament comes in but I am not sure that is enough ventilation.

Feedback is much needed and appreciated.
