Ok, I ran it with much slower speeds 20mm/s on everything except travel and I'm still getting kinks. I did notice this time though that right as the print starts my hot end temp drops down to 185 or so then starts heating back up 190. It's when the temp drops below 190 that the problems happen. So I think that's the real core of the problem. Something in the gcode or printer itself is causing the temp to drop below the flow temp for the t-glase and it's pushing back. So I guess I need to know what settings in repeiter or kisslicer to change to force it to keep at least 190.

When I get home from work today I'll try slowing the print down. I was following someone's settings on the kisslicer forum for a solidoodle 3. Looking at their settings I think they were well over 30mm/s. On the upside though t-glase sticks amazingly well to bare glass for me. To get the failed print off I just put the glass under some cold water and the part just let go. If I can get the speed dialed in right I think I'll stop printing with ABS except for some of the special glow in the dark and conductive types.

First off, Slow down to under 30mms for everything besides non print moves. This stuff will not print fast. I stress again... Slow down!!!!!

Second, Check diameter of the filament. I had a bad roll and it was jamming in the barrel. A few larger spots in the spool.

If it keeps happening email Taulman. They have wonderful costumer support. Explain you problem, he may know something I don't. They are very helpful.

I hope I understood the question right.
