I'm having some problems with my solidoodle 2.0 printer.

Sometimes it stops extruding filament.    Removing the clamp spring, I can see that the dents of the drive gear are not aligned with the filament. (See photo) So the drive gear has not a good grip over the filament.

Maybe somebody knows how to move the drive gear?   I did remove the screw holding the gear, but is completely stuck, and don't want to force it...
