BUT was able to finally do rev 2 of my auto bed leveling with the wardjr mount. I had a lot of problems with the servo.  They aren't exact... so will shift a few degrees in either direction randomly.  VERY frustrating as one minute it's fine, next minute the extruder is scraping across the bed, the next it's too high by .2mm and just streaming filament.  I finally just switched over tonight to one of these so no moving parts:

I attached the stl I am using.  Will report after some time, but so far pretty happy with it.

I still have to rotate the hotend a bit, but it is pretty strong.

Can't test it until I get my board situation straightened out sad

For the arm, I am using this arm from Thingiverse, however you do not need to use this one:

I choose a microswitch with a small button after reading some recommendations on a full site, I went with Digikey part number SW868-ND.

Still a mess and a bunch of wiring cleanup to do.  Also noticed my stock z axis is pretty sloppy (when I was going thru the manual calibration for the offset as it's not a smooth/reliable .1mm up/down which was very noticeable), so guess I have another project for 2015 smile

Is it worth it?  Not sure yet... though can say being able to swap in differing thicknesses of PEI without adjusting the z screw was pretty cool.

Couldn't find a source file, so the design is a bit crude at the moment, but snaps on tight and holds firm.
EDIT: After installing, I had to redesign the mount to drop a little lower to clear the frame. This has now been fixed. If anyone is interested, click on the given link and be sure to download the ****solidoodle.stl

It certainly seems like they did change their measurements, as I was preparing for U Mold, wire, etc.

Elmoret tested all the V6 mounts on several hot ends and says they are all very tight to the point they may need to be sanded slightly. I think that is the way to go from now on. Better to be to tight than to loose.

Any possibility of a thin layer of Kapton tape fitting in there?

In other news I should be making these myself in the near future so I can adjust as needed.

I don't think there is any question that even the loose ones can be used with something like Kapton to snug things up a bit.
I think you are on the right track and it is better that they be a little to tight.  You'll want to be careful with that as well.
