			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Open the log in Repetier Host or have the temperature graph up and then heat the bed. Hopefully you can match the timing of the shutdown or get a concrete error message.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Ok, so as a update.</p><p>I decided to log a support call with Solidoodle. because at the end of the day I can get it too print, but I am having to dance around the printer to get it to do so.</p><p>as it sits, I have concluded that my Bed Temp is maxed out at 110, because at 115, it shuts down the printer with errors.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Ok, so&nbsp; here is what I did.</p><p>I started the print as you can see, the first 2-3 layers looked fine.</p><p>then 15 minutes later you can see it starting to peel up.</p><p>then by 45 minutes it fell off.</p><br /><p>so, it looks like more heat is whats needed. or some way to stop the warping.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>When I look at the bottom of the feel, it seems to me that the extruding isnt hot enough for it too stick.</p><p>I changed the tape, cleaned the tape with acetone and sprayed some hair spray.</p><p>so , starting it up now.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>So, I lowered the bed to 85, the print head was printing at 195</p><p><a href="https://plus.google.com/u/0/photos/113265924173107068758/albums/5949685104355839889">https://plus.google.com/u/0/photos/1132 … 4355839889</a></p><p>and this is where I got too, it basically got too the last 30 minutes and fell off.</p><p>I can say, it starts off looking like its glued to the plate. then&nbsp; over time, it seems to lift off, and by the time it gets to the last 30 minutes it seems to be hanging on by a thread.</p><p>I am going to try and run a print, and take pictures in 15 or 30 minute intervals.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I&nbsp; I had to take the head apart, and put it all back together,&nbsp; &nbsp;seems about 1/2 inch of filament where broken off inside, and the heat prevented it from being pushed through.</p><p>so, its up and running now.</p><p>I am running the ABS, 50% with the first layer, and a 3mm Brim.</p><p>Will need to see how this goes.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>ok, so the PLA print is done!!</p><p><a href="https://plus.google.com/u/0/photos/113265924173107068758/albums/5949350280937771745">https://plus.google.com/u/0/photos/1132 … 0937771745</a></p><p>here are the pictures of the semi finished product.</p><br /><p>Basically it got about 90% complete and something went wrong the fillament wont feet into the head anymore.</p><p>I am not too worried about this, it looks like it just fed in too ffast.</p><p>I am honestly more happy with it as is , since it was able to print a lot further then ever before.</p><br /><p>My issue now is Printing ABS.</p><br /><p>I dont know what to do next, once I clean out the head.&nbsp; there is something clearly wrong either its too hot, or not hot enough</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I just started a run with a spool of PLA i bought this week to see how much that changes.</p><p>but I have too much ABS to give up on ABS <img src="https://www.soliforum.com/img/smilies/big_smile.png" width="15" height="15" alt="big_smile" /></p><br /><p>also, I bought a picture from the Dollar store,&nbsp; its a 4x6 so it sits well on the bed, but its not very thick.</p><p>I will re-calibrate again in the AM, </p><p>I will try with the glass.</p><p>and report back, thanks for the help.</p>]]></content>
