The reason no one is responding to your thread is because of this.</p></blockquote></div><br /><p>I did see the filament dust wasn&#039;t sure what it was or meant.&nbsp; I adjusted the Z tab to get my first print and I printed a pencil holder and the next model wouldn&#039;t print I wonder why.</p><p>I did all of that thank you and I am printing now its working ok with Z tab adjustment and I will level the printbed the next print.</p><p>Your last stament about no one responding because it&#039;s common is kinda sad.&nbsp; If it&#039;s so common why isn&#039;t it a sticky?</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Compression force on the filament. Is that not readily apparent by inspection?</p><p>That is printing 0 layers, not 3. I am betting you need to level the bed and/or adjust the &quot;z-tab&quot;. Google for how to do these things.</p><p>I can see filament dust everywhere. You need to remove that knob, swing the arm out, and clean the hobbed pulley, whose teeth are full of plastic shavings, I am sure. Then retry. That looks on the looser end, try compressing the spring mroe when you reinstall the knurled nut.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I adjusted my temp up to 200 Extruded to clear the clog until ABS filament was moving through smoothly.&nbsp; Tried to print again and it failed.&nbsp; I got two prints to work, then it clogs again on different models.&nbsp; Any ideas?</p><p>What is the thumb adjustment for on the extruder?</p>]]></content>
