Had to file the edges of the washer down so it would fit in the countersink in the x carriage for the nut.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Just for anyone who comes across this thread with the same issue, it was the white blocks on both the x and y axis. i unscrewed them, rotated them to tighten them up, no more horrible noises! Thanks to everyone for their help in finding it.</p>]]></content>

The white block is pretty solidly held in place, the jigsaw also has everything tight in it, so im at a loss as to what else it could be.</p>]]></content>

I gave up after trying to clear it for hours and ordered a new nozzle, barrel, heater and some new filament (which i believe was the cause of all my issues in the first place) from a local company who have been very helpful. I cant clean all of the ABS out of the threads on both the barrel and the nozzle no matter what I try.
