I'm new here so I have no idea where to begin looking. So,,, I shall trespass and hope I get some help. So far all I've been able to do is get the leds to come on. I get no heat or movement. How do you get it to know what usb port I plugged it into? Also, what is the RH?

If your comm port says "virtual printer" then it isn't actually connected to your solidoodle. In fact, the screen shot below is from my laptop just a second ago. I can assure you that I am not connected to any printers. The virtual printer will even look like it is heating up.

Something else you can try is turn off power, and then switch the plug for the extruder motor with the plug for the X motor. Can that still be the port issue?

We have done everything the instructions say so far. Then when we got to installing the new filament, nothing is happening. The temp is 195, but the motors aren't turning when we press down on the filament and press the extrude button. Can someone please help us out?
