But again, the limiting factor is the power supply only putting out 12.5 Amps total for the entire printer. The Qu-bd heater takes 11.5 Amps.

Theres plenty of threads covering this one already, so have a search around for the details - the solutions depend entirely on which controller board you have (depends when your SD shipped).
