At whatever temp it may be. Sometimes I'll leave the glass on when I'm printing small parts that pop off without cooling, and just squirt a little in the middle for the next piece. Ultimately, try something like 3, and if you still have warping use more next time. As for bed heat, I don't think it really matters (both work). One more thing: My recommendation would be to take the glass out, spray it, and put it back in. Recently got some glass and hairspray for my SD2. When and how much hairspray are people using? i.e. apply it when the bed is hot or cold (or does it not matter)? and how thick a coat?
