			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>How do you know the PEEK is melting?&nbsp; Are you removing the barrel to check?&nbsp; Or perhaps the barrel wiggles in the PEEK?</p><p>I melted my PEEK, but not from printing, but rather clearing clogs.&nbsp; I have had zero clogs since moving to an E3D.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;ve heard it&#039;s not safe to go above 210 in Repetier Host, so I am surprised that you are having problems at those temps.&nbsp; The actual temperature of the hot end is about 20 degrees higher, so if it says 200 in RH, the actual temperature at the tip is 220 degrees.&nbsp; I believe that Solidoodle sells replacement PEEK on their website, but if I were you, I would take elmoret&#039;s suggestion.&nbsp; The E3D hot end has no PEEK (all metal), can reach much higher temperatures, and rarely clogs.&nbsp; Just make sure you have Lawsys&nbsp; MK5 (or 4 with an adapter) and an extended z-stop first.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I run my solidoodle 3 at 200 degrees in repetier host (which i believe means that the hot end is about 170 degrees).&nbsp; </p><p>my problem is that my PEEK insulator keeps melting.&nbsp; &nbsp;Is this a part that is just supposed to melt after a while? or is solidoodle selling me crap parts?&nbsp; I have tried lowering the extrusion temp, but if i get much lower than 200 then the filament wont melt.</p><p>I am extremely exasperated and ready to kill my printer with fire!!! lol&nbsp; any help is extremely appreciated.</p><br /><p>PS - if there is an after market hot end that doesn&#039;t have this problem i would love to hear about it.</p>]]></content>
