I purchased the pro model of the SD2, complete with enclosure.

When I first tried the enclosure, I discovered that the filament kept rubbing on the inside top of the enclosure. Using some wood, I made a square that I laid on top of the printer and put the enclosure on top of that. It raised it enough (about 1 inch) so that the filament would rub.

But the enclosure caused another problem.

I'm printing with PLA and have the extruder head at 195 and the bed heat at 95 (to try and reduce lift, warp, ect). The problem now is that the PLA curls up just above the PEEK and jams. Without the enclosure there is no problem, but with the enclosure it just doesn't work.

Ideas besides lowering the temperature in the head and on the bed would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

GWFAMI
