			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Correct: tateerstem, on a SD printer always set the temp 30 degrees less than what you want in real degrees... think of it as an equation (Solidoodle degrees= real degrees - 30) so if you need 180C for PLA set the SD printer at 150C, I forget where the limit is for the firmware on cold extrusion... around 160C I think??? so anything below this you need to issue a gcode M302 to allow the extruder to extrude at temps below the 160C or change come firmware settings.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Ok...more noob stuff. </p><p>I switched from ABS to PLA out of curiosity, and am wondering about the temperature I need to run the PLA at. I am seeing, through research, that PLA should be between 180 to 210 C. So do I need to subtract about 30 C from those numbers? If ABS is best at 230 C and on my printer I set to 200, should I not do about the same with the PLA?</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Bed temps are usually pretty accurate since the sensor is placed in a location that gives good average readings, of course since the printer is open and susceptible to drafts it could vary a bit.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Why is it that I see a lot of people using 235 degree C settings but solidoodle only allows only 210 degree C maximum? From what I understand, you get better adhesion at the higher temperature. Am I going to have to replace my extruder to get higher temps?</p>]]></content>
