Looks very cool, but sadly it's 3mm not 1.75mm.
But with needing a new print head for feeding, guess it should be a problem.

190 would probably be a good place to start, seems like it would be somewhere between ABS and PLA

just to make sure before i ordered this, it would work through a solidoodle 3 right? maybe i'd have to come up with a feeding setup like you have on yours... just making sure that my printer can handle the temp as apparently solidoodles print 30 degrees hotter than the computer "says". so that should put fila flex in the range of abs correct? maybe even a little lower melt temp?

You need a printer with a print area big enough to fit a shoe, at least diagonally.

Also you would probably need to make an extruder like this one. It is easy for flexible filament to bend and get jammed, so it needs to be guided more closely than stiffer plastics - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:147705

Hello.
I know that there are printers to print from plastic, chocolate, even titan. But I cant find anything that can print from rubber or something to make soles.
Since Swear doesn't produce freak shoes like this google.com/search?q=swear+platform+boots&tbm=isch anymore I'd like to design and print the soles myself. And with the upper there is no problem.
Are there some 3d printers around to print the soles for the shoes? And What material to use?
