Hi everyone,

I have a small issue with my PID out1 autoswitch, I tried several days unsuccessfully and looked for similar posts on the forum.

I have a MYPIN PID temperature controller. (I saw that there was a malfunction with some of them, but mine is not behaving the same way).

- the out1 switch is normally triggered, it can for example make the fan spin, but it is not providing enough power to heat the extruder (maximum 35oC, and super slow to increase temperature)
- the heater is working well if I plug it directly to the power, can heat up to 205oC
- I tried to modify the configuration for the out1 switch, I tried with Relay (020), SSR/SCR (001) and 4-20mA (000), nothing working.

Some pictures (using out1 switch and then plugged directly to power) (Sorry cannot upload links on the forum, should be beside this message)

Here is the advanced configuration of mypin :

AL 1
180.0

AM 1
2

AL 2
900.0

AM 2
2

PuF
0.0

InP
K

P
0.20

I
15.00

d
3.75

oUd
HEAt

HYS
1.0

Ctl
020

trL
0.0

trH
100.0

bSL
tPu

C-F
C

LCK
000

Thanks for anyone who can help !
Brice
