I have printed 2 color logos  several times a few months ago, but for the life of me I cant remember how I did it. I know  the @pause command has  to be inserted in the gcode where you want to change colors.I can't remember how to find the line in the gcode where it needs to go and also what I need to put in the Run on pause line.
