Sorry, if this was misunderstood, but I wasn't trying to claim that is the very first stabilizer of this type.

The way ours differs from pretty much every design that is out there, including yours is as follows: It is 3 axis and not just 2 axis, so you can actually walk and run around with it and not just use it on a moving platform like a bike. It has barely any external cabling, almost all the cables are internally including the sensor cable etc. Most other designs are a huge cable mess.
Also, we don't use RC lipo batteries. We use standard DSLR type batteries that can be charged on a standard charger (you won't have to know about charger settings etc.). Furthermore, there's no balancing required. This gimbal is plug and play, and I haven't seen anything that comes close to it yet. All the other solutions out there aren't exactly user friendly.
