Try running it at about 200C, the black colorant is heavier (not sure that is the correct term) so you need a higher temp to get it to flow smoother. Darker colors tend to require more heat when run.

Never knew that, Why is that? Anyway I tried with other colors and the same happens.

I did a google search and i think this is to make the temperature stable but it already is so I don't think this is

I don't think this will help because the printer runs normally for a few layers and then a few layers of ugly

Since it is black you will probably have to bump the temp up a few degrees. Can't tell you much other then that without more details...

My prints look like the picture below. It extrudes normal, very thin or nothing at all.. After taking apart and reasembling the extruder, hotend etc. I have no idea why this is. I'm using a new roll of filament so its not damaged with too high moisture levels.
