I have the same problem after taken the extruder apart to unclogged.
The extruder motor will not turn no matter how log i left it on.

All temperature look fine, the graphs show 190 on all the indicators but still not extruding.
Do you have to leave it on longer? Or do you think i have a different issue?

I'll try to measure the output from the PCB tonight to see if the motor are being drive when the signal is sent.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I got my printer in April. While trying to print I used up the filament that came with the printer and maybe a meter of white from Amazon. While we were backing out the filament the motor just stopped. Some details are a bit fuzzy, but working with support we decided that the motor was bad. (yes I know how unlikely ) After my screwup with Paypal (wrong email 30 days) the new motor arrived. No change! We double check all the driver chips for the right voltage. Next SD sent a new driver chip for the extruder, no change. So here is a list.

Changed motor
Changed driver
Swapped mother board
Installed latest mother board(SD)

Frustrating of course. Just to fit things together. I am a 78 year old retired mechanical engineer with MS. The motivation to get the SD was that I saw a way to make parts on my desktop. I had been interested in rapid prototyping since about 93. Then I ran across the idea of desktop DIY printers and began designing one. So here I am asking for help.
Thanks for reading this story.
Lowell
