Sic3r settings (which would be the biggest pain to copy) are stored outside the RH install dirs (in AppData, I believe, under Windows), so they show up fine. EEPROM settings are stored on printer, so you shouldn't need to mess with those. The RH settings (basically port, printer shape and dimensions) are very few and you can just copy by hand.

Just to be safe (paranoid?), I also replaced Sic3r in the old SD RH install with the newest version (just rename old Slic3r subdir, and unzip new version of slic3r in RH install dir), to avoid potential surprises with config file incompatibilities. All said and done, I haven't needed to use the old version, though.

I've downloaded by mistake the Repetier 0.9 instead of the Repetier for SD version, (0.85).
Once I connected it to the printer it made the 0.85 unusable, (not sure why, overwrite something?).

Since there was no going back I had to tweak the 0.9 to work with SD2 and found the following
1) It is possible to install both version in parallel, (0.9 and 0.85), and get all the SD configuration files on the 0.9.
2) The only other config that needs to be done are the EEPROM and the config printer in RH, (need to be done manually, no way around it, but you can open both version side by side and do a copy paste).

I ended being able to run 0.9 and use it to print with the SD.

Still not perfect since it does not go to home automatically before print, but otherwise it works, GUI is cool and it seems somewhat faster in many of the activities, (heating, printing).

Not sure I'd recommend this, but thought it might be worth sharing, (especially if someone else out there got stuck with the same problem).
