The idea is that you add your printer and make a "hub", and you can set a price on how much it costs to do a job with you, and how much you charge per cm^3 of filament. Unfortunately it's in euros right now, and people can't actually contact you for jobs until your city unlocks (I just put my email in the hub description though to sneak around that).

You can check the unlocked cities for how it works, you upload an STL then it gives you a bunch of different options on who can print it, in what materials/qualities, etc. It seemed like a cool idea so I thought I'd share.
